Role Overview

Belsty Trading is seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant & Implementer to lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementation across its multiple business sectors. The role requires strong functional knowledge, multi-industry exposure, and the ability to transform complex business processes into efficient Odoo workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Odoo Implementation & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across all business units.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering with department heads and key users.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Prepare and manage project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.

Business Process Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze processes in import/export, manufacturing, logistics, fuel distribution, real estate, transport, and trading operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, technical gaps, and process bottlenecks.
• Recommend optimized processes based on best practices and Odoo capabilities.

Functional Configuration & Customization Support

• Configure Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Payroll, Manufacturing, Fleet, and others.
• Set up roles, permissions, approval paths, and automated workflows.
• Work with developers by preparing technical specifications for customization.

System Integration & Data Management

• Lead integration of Odoo with:
• Time Attendance Devices
• GPS/Fleet Tracking Systems
• Bag Counter Systems
• Payment Systems (Telebirr, etc.)
• Fuel Depot/Fuel Station Systems
• Oversee data migration tasks including mapping, cleansing, importing, and validation.

Post-Implementation Support

• Provide continuous functional support and improvement.
• Monitor system performance and apply enhancements as needed.
• Recommend additional modules or features to support business growth.

Coordination & Reporting

• Reports to MIS Manger
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, managers
• Provide regular progress updates, reports, and analysis to MIS manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BIS, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in Odoo functional consulting and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing, logistics, and trading.
• Demonstrated ability to lead ERP projects independently.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience with system integrations is a strong advantage.
